1. Who we are

meniniqbot ("we", "us") operates a Telegram bot service that processes video content on behalf of its users and, with explicit user authorization, publishes that content to the user's own TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API.

2. What data we collect

• Telegram user ID, used to identify which content belongs to which user.
• Video files and metadata that users upload for processing.
• TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens, obtained only after the user explicitly authorizes our application through TikTok's own login flow.

3. How we use TikTok data

We use TikTok access tokens solely to publish video content to the TikTok account that explicitly authorized our application, at that user's direction. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling the user's direct publishing request. We do not sell or share TikTok user data with third parties.

4. Data retention

OAuth tokens are stored only for as long as the user's account remains connected. A user may revoke access at any time from their TikTok account settings, which immediately invalidates our stored tokens.

5. Data deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us through the Telegram bot. Upon request, we delete all associated video files, metadata, and stored TikTok tokens.

6. Security

Access tokens are stored on a private, access-controlled server and are not exposed to any party other than the automated publishing process itself.
